Additional Information: Povidone (PVP) is a pharmacopoeia-grade water-soluble polymer auxiliary material with multiple specification grades including K17, K25, K30 and K90, complying with international and domestic pharmaceutical production standards. Different K-values correspond to different molecular weights and solution viscosities: low K-value grades (K17/K25) feature low viscosity and excellent solubilization and dispersion effects; medium K30 is the most versatile general-purpose grade with balanced viscosity and adhesion; high K90 grade has high viscosity and strong film-forming and thickening performance. It has excellent biocompatibility, chemical inertness and complexing ability, widely used in pharmaceutical preparations as tablet binder, solubilizer, dispersant, film-forming agent and stabilizer, effectively improving powder fluidity, tablet hardness and drug solubility. It is also extensively applied in nutritional health products, food additives and daily chemical industries, being one of the most commonly used high-standard polymer auxiliary materials.
